Stuffed Salmon with Creamed Spinach

Ingredients :

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic.
  3. Cut pockets into salmon fillets and stuff with the spinach mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
