Creamy Scalloped Potatoes with Turkey Bacon and Chicken Ham Delight

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or choice)
  • 4 oz turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 oz chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Layer half the potatoes in the dish. Top with half the onion, garlic, turkey bacon, and chicken ham. Pour over half the cream mixture.
  4. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until tender and bubbly.
  7. Rest briefly before serving.
