- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and slightly thickened.
- Beat in the softened cream cheese until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Add oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into the batter until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing for clean, neat pieces.
