Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 8–12 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 4 Hershey chocolate bars
- 1 package mini marshmallows
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Place the chocolate bars evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows generously over the chocolate layer.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until marshmallows are lightly golden and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
Serving Tips
- For cleaner cuts, allow bars to cool completely before slicing.
- Serve warm for extra gooey marshmallows or chilled for firmer bars.
Optional Variations
- Swap Hershey bars for milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate, or peanut butter cups.
- Add a drizzle of melted chocolate on top after baking for extra richness.
- Use cinnamon graham crackers for a subtle spice twist.
