S’Mores Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 8–12 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 4 Hershey chocolate bars
  • 1 package mini marshmallows

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar until evenly combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  4. Place the chocolate bars evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle mini marshmallows generously over the chocolate layer.
  6. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until marshmallows are lightly golden and puffed.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.

Serving Tips

  • For cleaner cuts, allow bars to cool completely before slicing.
  • Serve warm for extra gooey marshmallows or chilled for firmer bars.

Optional Variations

  • Swap Hershey bars for milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate, or peanut butter cups.
  • Add a drizzle of melted chocolate on top after baking for extra richness.
  • Use cinnamon graham crackers for a subtle spice twist.
