Pizza Pierogi Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 1 family-size bag frozen pierogies
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1–2 tbsp salt-free garlic herb seasoning
  • 1–2 cups pasta sauce
  • 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Cooked Italian sausage
  • Optional pizza toppings (pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread the frozen pierogies in an even layer.
  2. Mix melted butter with garlic herb seasoning and brush generously over the pierogies.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven, flip pierogies, then bake another 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Top pierogies with pasta sauce, shredded mozzarella, cooked Italian sausage, and any additional pizza toppings.
  5. Return to oven and bake just until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
