Blender Pound Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Add the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, milk, flour, and baking powder to a blender.
  3. Blend until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  4. Grease a cake pan with butter or oil, then dust lightly with flour.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool slightly before removing it from the pan.

Tips and Variations

  • Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla or lemon extract for extra flavor.
  • Dust with powdered sugar once cooled for a simple finish.
  • Serve with fresh fruit, jam, or a drizzle of honey for a special touch.
  • For a richer cake, replace half the milk with yogurt.

Serving Suggestion

Serve warm or at room temperature with coffee, tea, or a glass of milk. This cake also keeps well for several days when stored in an airtight container.
