Ingredients:
- 3–4 lb beef brisket
- 1½ cups BBQ sauce
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- Prep the brisket:
Place the brisket in the slow cooker, fat side up. - Make the sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, onion soup mix, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. - Slow cook:
Pour the sauce over the brisket, making sure it’s well coated.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8–10 hours or HIGH for 5–6 hours, until fork-tender. - Rest & slice:
Remove brisket and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice against the grain. - Serve:
Spoon extra sauce from the slow cooker over the sliced brisket.
