Ingredients:
- 1 lb strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:
- Wash strawberries, remove stems, and carefully hollow out the centers.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into each strawberry.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
