Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 cups sliced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tbsp sea salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add butter and vanilla; mix until crumbly.
- Press half the mixture into the pan to form the crust.
- Layer apples over the crust and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Crumble remaining mixture evenly on top.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Sprinkle sea salt over warm bars, cool, then slice.
