Cheesy Garlic Butter Mushroom Stuffed Chicken

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and mushrooms until softened.
  3. In a bowl, mix sautéed mushrooms with cream cheese and mozzarella.
  4. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the mushroom mixture.
  5. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
