Ingredients:
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 cup ham, chopped or sliced thin
- 1 cup salami, chopped
- 1 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or mozzarella/provolone blend)
- 1 tsp Italian herbs (optional)
- ½ tsp black pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Evenly layer ham, salami, and pepperoni over the pastry.
- Sprinkle cheese, Italian herbs, and black pepper on top.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and seal the edge.
- Brush with egg wash and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place slices on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, until puffed and golden.
- Serve warm.
