Cheesy Puff Pastry Roll with Ham, Salami & Pepperoni

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 package puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 cup ham, chopped or sliced thin
  • 1 cup salami, chopped
  • 1 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or mozzarella/provolone blend)
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs (optional)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Evenly layer ham, salami, and pepperoni over the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle cheese, Italian herbs, and black pepper on top.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and seal the edge.
  6. Brush with egg wash and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Place slices on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, until puffed and golden.
  8. Serve warm.
