High Protein Cheesy Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup mild or hot buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir to coat evenly.
  2. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Greek yogurt and garlic powder until creamy.
  3. Add shredded cheese and mix until melted and fully combined.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and serve warm.
