Candied Orange Peels (4 Ingredients)

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 oranges
  • 200 g sugar
  • 120 g orange juice
  • 340 g water

Instructions:

  1. Wash the oranges well. Cover the peels with water and boil for about 8 minutes.
  2. Drain, cool quickly in cold water, then cut the peels into thin strips.
  3. Place the peels in a pot with orange juice, water, and sugar. Cook for 30 minutes. Turn off heat, let rest for 10 minutes, and cover with a lid.
  4. Drain the peels and spread them on a parchment-lined baking tray. Let dry for at least 1 hour.
  5. Coat with granulated sugar and serve.
