Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Drain excess grease, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
- Roll out the dough and cut into equal strips or rectangles.
- Spoon seasoned beef onto the center of each dough piece. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold or roll the dough around the filling, sealing the edges.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
