Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the softened cream cheese until fully melted and well combined. Remove from heat.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon a small amount of the sausage and cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up crescents starting from the wide end and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 11–14 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
