Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
- Fresh herbs or grated cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Add milk and egg; knead gently for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
- Divide dough into 4 portions, roll into balls, and flatten into ½-inch discs.
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook flatbreads for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and puffy.
- Brush with olive oil and add herbs or cheese if desired.
