Oreo Lasagna Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Double Stuf Oreos (regular or any flavor)
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) tubs Cool Whip, divided
  • 2 (1.5 oz) boxes chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk

Instructions:

  1. Pulse Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch dish. Refrigerate.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar in two additions, mixing well after each.
  4. Fold in 1 tub of Cool Whip. Spread evenly over the Oreo crust. Refrigerate.
  5. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until smooth; let thicken 3–5 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with extra Oreo crumbs if desired.
  7. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
