Ingredients:
- 1 package Double Stuf Oreos (regular or any flavor)
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 (8 oz) tubs Cool Whip, divided
- 2 (1.5 oz) boxes chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
Instructions:
- Pulse Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch dish. Refrigerate.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar in two additions, mixing well after each.
- Fold in 1 tub of Cool Whip. Spread evenly over the Oreo crust. Refrigerate.
- Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until smooth; let thicken 3–5 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with extra Oreo crumbs if desired.
- Chill at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
