Ingredients:
- Ritz crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- Chocolate chips
- Festive sprinkles
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Place one Ritz cracker in each liner.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add brown sugar and bring to a boil until bubbly. Remove from heat.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the butter–sugar mixture over each cracker.
- Bake for about 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let them melt, then spread evenly.
- Top with festive sprinkles and freeze until set.
