Ingredients:
- 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 sheet puff pastry dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Chop the cookie dough into quarters.
- Press the cookie dough pieces evenly onto one half of the puff pastry sheet.
- Fold the pastry over to enclose the dough and gently press to seal.
- Cut into strips, twist each strip, and roll into a swirl shape.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.
