Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- ½ cup Nutella (or other chocolate-hazelnut spread)
- ½ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread an even layer of Nutella over half of the pastry. Sprinkle chopped cranberries evenly on top.
- Fold the pastry over to cover the filling and gently press to seal.
- Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out stars and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops lightly with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
