Air Fryer Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb mushrooms (baby bella or white button)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Gently wipe the mushrooms clean with a kitchen towel.
  2. Cut mushrooms in half; if large, cut into quarters so they are evenly sized.
  3. Transfer mushrooms to a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; toss to coat.
  4. Add olive oil and soy sauce and toss until mushrooms are evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  6. Place mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until tender with crispy edges.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with melted butter if using, toss lightly, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
