Ingredients:
- 1 lb mushrooms (baby bella or white button)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Gently wipe the mushrooms clean with a kitchen towel.
- Cut mushrooms in half; if large, cut into quarters so they are evenly sized.
- Transfer mushrooms to a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; toss to coat.
- Add olive oil and soy sauce and toss until mushrooms are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Place mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until tender with crispy edges.
- Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with melted butter if using, toss lightly, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
