Ingredients:
- 17.3 oz puff pastry, thawed (2 sheets)
- 10 oz sliced deli ham
- 8 oz Gruyère cheese slices
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 large egg, whisked
- Everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
- Remove puff pastry from packaging and allow to thaw.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out each puff pastry sheet and cut into 6 rectangles.
- Brush the edges of each pastry with egg wash and spread Dijon mustard in the center.
- Place one slice of cheese and folded ham on top of the mustard.
- Fold opposite corners toward the center to enclose the filling and seal.
- Transfer pastries to the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden, puffed, and cheese is melted.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
