Ingredients:
- 1 round loaf French bread or sourdough
- 8 oz brie cheese wheel
- 14 oz cranberry sauce
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- Garlic Butter
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the bread horizontally and vertically into about 1-inch squares, without cutting all the way through.
- Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, rosemary, garlic salt, and black pepper. Brush generously over the loaf, getting into all the cuts.
- Stuff cranberry sauce evenly into the bread slits.
- Trim rind from brie if desired, then slice into 1/4-inch pieces. Tuck brie slices into the slits throughout the loaf.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the bread is crisp and the cheese is melted and gooey.
- Serve warm.
