Cranberry Brie Pull Apart Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 round loaf French bread or sourdough
  • 8 oz brie cheese wheel
  • 14 oz cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • Garlic Butter
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a sharp knife, slice the bread horizontally and vertically into about 1-inch squares, without cutting all the way through.
  3. Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Mix melted butter, rosemary, garlic salt, and black pepper. Brush generously over the loaf, getting into all the cuts.
  5. Stuff cranberry sauce evenly into the bread slits.
  6. Trim rind from brie if desired, then slice into 1/4-inch pieces. Tuck brie slices into the slits throughout the loaf.
  7. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the bread is crisp and the cheese is melted and gooey.
  9. Serve warm.
