No-Bake Grinch Pie

Ingredients:

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Filling

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/4 cups cold milk
  • 3–5 drops green food coloring

Topping

  • Red heart sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with the cold milk until thick.
  5. Fold the pudding into the cream mixture until fully combined.
  6. Add the green food coloring and mix until the desired shade is reached.
  7. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Before serving, decorate with red heart sprinkles.

Serving Tip

Chill overnight for the best texture and clean slices.
