Ingredients:
Crust
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Filling
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/4 cups cold milk
- 3–5 drops green food coloring
Topping
- Red heart sprinkles
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with the cold milk until thick.
- Fold the pudding into the cream mixture until fully combined.
- Add the green food coloring and mix until the desired shade is reached.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, decorate with red heart sprinkles.
