Baked Brie with Pepper Jelly & Crispy Prosciutto

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz brie cheese wheel
  • 1/3 cup pepper jelly jam
  • 3 Tbsp crispy prosciutto bits
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook prosciutto slices in a skillet over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes per side until crispy. Remove and chop into bits.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Lightly score the top of the brie in a shallow crisscross pattern, keeping cuts toward the center.
  4. Place brie in a small cast iron skillet or on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Spread pepper jelly evenly over the top.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts (if using) and crispy prosciutto bits.
  7. Bake for 15–16 minutes, until soft and melted in the center.
  8. Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme and serve warm with crackers or crostini.
