Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball

 

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz bacon bits, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 oz cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2½ Tbsp ranch seasoning powder
  • ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Crackers, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix pecans, ¼ cup shredded cheddar, ¼ cup bacon bits, and 2 Tbsp green onions. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, remaining bacon, remaining cheddar cheese, remaining green onions, and ranch powder. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape into a ball, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  4. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in the topping mixture until fully coated.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with crackers.
