Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 50 mini pretzels
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Add the peanut butter and butter to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
- Portion the peanut butter mixture into about 1 teaspoon-sized balls and press each one between two pretzels.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Dip each pretzel bite into the melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for a few minutes until the chocolate is set, then enjoy.
