Ingredients:
- 40 salted saltine crackers (approx., depending on tray size)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups white chocolate melting wafers
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange saltine crackers in a single, even layer.
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes until caramel-colored.
- Immediately pour the hot caramel evenly over the crackers and spread to cover.
- Bake for 5–6 minutes, until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle white chocolate wafers over the top. Let sit for 5 minutes to melt (return to oven for about 1 minute if needed).
- Spread the melted white chocolate evenly.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the chocolate while still wet.
- Cool completely until set (chill about 10 minutes), then break into pieces and serve.
