Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 12 oz white chocolate or almond bark, melted
- Red and green candy melts
- Holiday sprinkles
Instructions:
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt; beat until fully combined.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until a thick dough forms.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill for 1 hour, or until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate and candy melts separately.
- Dip each bite into white chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Top with sprinkles and drizzle with colored melts if desired.
- Chill again until the coating is set.
- Store refrigerated until ready to serve.
