Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes Velveeta mac and cheese
  • 1 lb ground hamburger meat
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained or undrained to taste
  • Milk, as needed for extra creaminess

Instructions:

  1. Cook the macaroni from both boxes according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground hamburger meat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir well. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
