Christmas Tree Cake Truffles (Little Debbie)

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes)
  • 8 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
  • 3 tbsp festive sprinkles
  • 3 tbsp red candy melts (optional, for drizzle)
  • Green sanding sugar (for decorating)

Instructions:

  1. Unwrap the Christmas Tree Cakes and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Mix with a handheld mixer until a crumbly dough forms. Stir in the festive sprinkles.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave or using a double boiler.
  5. Dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off, then return to the baking sheet.
  6. Melt the red candy melts in a piping bag or zip-top bag in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  7. Drizzle red candy melts over the truffles, sprinkle with green sanding sugar, and chill briefly until set.
