Christmas Cookie Lush

Ingredients:

  • 48 vanilla Oreo cookies, divided
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles, divided
  • 2 tubs (8 oz each) whipped topping
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

Instructions:

  1. Line a 9×13-inch dish with parchment paper (optional).
  2. Crush 36 cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and ½ tablespoon sprinkles. Press firmly into the dish to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in one tub of whipped topping and ½ tablespoon sprinkles. Spread over the crust.
  4. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Stir in ½ tablespoon sprinkles and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping. Crush the remaining 12 cookies and sprinkle over the top along with remaining sprinkles.
  6. Chill at least 4 hours (or freeze for firmer slices), then slice and serve.
