Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (sheep’s milk preferred)
- 1 ½ cups sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add feta cheese, dried cranberries, and chives. Mix until evenly combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll tortillas tightly into logs.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Unwrap and slice into bite-sized pieces. Serve chilled.
