Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Rest 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, egg, honey, and rosemary. Mix.
- Add flour and salt gradually. Knead until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and rise 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down dough and shape into rolls.
- Place on baking sheet; rise 30 minutes.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Brush with honey butter and serve warm.
