Cracked Garlic Steak Tortellini in Creamhouse Sauce Bliss

Ingredients:

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/4 cups parmesan, shredded
  • Parsley, red pepper flakes, cracked black pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook tortellini in salted boiling water for 3–5 minutes; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear for 3–5 minutes until browned; remove.
  3. Add butter to the skillet. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add heavy cream and milk; simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Whisk in parmesan until melted and smooth.
  6. Return steak and tortellini to the pan; toss for 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley, cracked black pepper, or red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
