Honey Fig Pistachio Goat Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 1 goat cheese log (about 11 oz)
  • 1/4 cup roasted pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fig spread
  • Crackers or bread, for serving

Instructions:

  • Let goat cheese soften slightly at room temperature.
  • Spread chopped pistachios on a plate and roll the goat cheese log to coat all sides.
  • Place coated goat cheese on a serving tray and drizzle with honey.
  • Warm the fig spread for 10 seconds, then drizzle over the top.
  • Serve with crackers or bread.
