Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup dried cranberries (or finely chopped sweetened fresh cranberries)
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 egg (egg wash)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in cranberries and chives.
- Roll out puff pastry and spread the mixture evenly on top. Roll into a tight log, then slice into about 16 pieces.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place slices on a parchment-lined tray, brush with egg wash, and add Parmesan if using.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed. Serve warm or at room temperature.
