Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 6 strips bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and top with chopped bacon.
- Roast 25–30 minutes until sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy.
