Ingredients:
• 1 box cake mix (any flavor, red or green for Christmas)
• 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
• 1 large egg
• Powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, whipped topping, and egg. Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough and roll them into balls.
- Generously coat each dough ball in powdered sugar.
- Place on the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cookies are set and crackled on top.
- Allow to cool on the tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a rack.
