No Bake Twix Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Twix Layer

  • 1 cup chopped Twix bars
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Topping

  • Additional chopped Twix
  • Caramel drizzle
  • Chocolate drizzle

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the next layers.
  2. Make the Chocolate Layer:
    Heat the heavy cream until warm, then pour over the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Spread this chocolate mixture over the chilled crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
    In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
    Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then mix in the vanilla.
  4. Assemble the Cheesecake:
    Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the chocolate layer.
    Add a layer of chopped Twix bars and drizzle with caramel sauce.
    Spread the remaining cheesecake filling on top.
  5. Chill:
    Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until fully set (overnight is best).
  6. Add Toppings:
    Before serving, top with more chopped Twix, caramel drizzle, and chocolate drizzle.
  7. Serve:
    Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy.
