Ingredients:
- 24 Rolo candies or 24 soft caramels
or peanut butter centers:
– ½ cup creamy peanut butter
– 1 cup powdered sugar - 2 cups milk or dark chocolate melting wafers
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 24 mini pretzel twists
- Coarse sea salt
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If using Rolos or caramels, place them directly on the sheet.
If making peanut butter centers, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until thick, roll into 1-inch balls, and place on the sheet. - Melt chocolate wafers and coconut oil in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each candy center into the melted chocolate, let the excess drip off, and place back on the parchment.
- Press one mini pretzel on top of each while the chocolate is still soft.
- Drizzle extra chocolate on top (optional).
- Sprinkle sea salt immediately.
- Chill for 20 minutes or let set at room temp for 45–60 minutes.
