Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 2 bags Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 pack sliced bacon, chopped and cooked
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Honey or hot honey
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and place an empty baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Trim and halve Brussels sprouts, keeping loose leaves for extra crunch.
  3. Toss sprouts with olive oil. Remove the hot baking sheet, drizzle a little oil on it, and spread the sprouts cut-side down.
  4. Roast 18–20 minutes until crispy. Flip and broil 1–2 minutes if you want them extra crunchy.
  5. While they roast, cook chopped bacon until crisp.
  6. Transfer sprouts to a bowl, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze, and toss with the bacon.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
