Biscoff Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ can dulce de leche
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 box (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1¼ cups milk (2% or whole)
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1½ sleeves Biscoff cookies
  • 5–6 bananas, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup melted Biscoff cookie butter

Instructions:

  1. Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add dulce de leche, sour cream, vanilla, and salt; mix well.
  2. Add pudding mix. Slowly mix in milk until creamy. Let sit 20 minutes or chill overnight.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Chill 1¼ cups; fold the rest into the pudding.
  4. Layer ⅓ pudding in a dish, then half the cookies, half the bananas, and a drizzle of cookie butter.
  5. Repeat layers, then top with remaining pudding.
  6. Spread reserved whipped cream on top and finish with extra bananas, cookies, and cookie butter. Chill until serving.
