Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar (optional)
- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 2–3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Pretzel sticks
- Fresh rosemary (optional garnish)
Instructions:
- Mix crushed crackers and melted butter. Press into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan and chill.
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread over the crust. Chill 20–30 minutes.
- Combine pecans, cranberries, and parsley. Sprinkle over the cream cheese layer and lightly press. Optional: drizzle honey or maple syrup.
- Cut into triangle “trees” and insert pretzel sticks as trunks.
- Arrange on a platter and garnish with rosemary. Serve chilled.
