- 1 package Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage, cooked and drained
- Large portobello mushrooms, cleaned with stems removed
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add Parmesan cheese and the cooked, drained Italian sausage. Mix until fully combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the cleaned portobello mushrooms.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of each mushroom.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
