Ingredients:
- 21 1/4 oz white chocolate
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4 1/2 oz unsalted butter
- 1 tsp bubble-gum flavoring
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 drops white food gel
- 3 drops pink food gel
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup confetti rainbow sprinkles
Instructions:
- Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate, condensed milk, and butter in 40-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in bubble-gum flavoring, vanilla, and food gels.
- Fold in mini marshmallows.
- Pour into the pan, smooth the top, and add sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, then cut into squares.
