Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions for 3–4 minutes until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook 6–8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat to cool slightly.
- Unroll crescent dough into 8 triangles. Add a spoonful of beef mixture and some shredded cheese to each. Fold and seal tightly.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.Cool slightly before serving.
