Cheeseburger Pockets

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions for 3–4 minutes until soft.
  3. Add ground beef and cook 6–8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat to cool slightly.
  5. Unroll crescent dough into 8 triangles. Add a spoonful of beef mixture and some shredded cheese to each. Fold and seal tightly.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.Cool slightly before serving.
