Christmas Cherry Fluff

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows

Instructions:

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  3. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows; gently fold to combine.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve chilled.
