Candied Cranberries

Ingredients:

  • 2 bags fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups orange juice (or apple cider/other juice)
  • 2 cups Sprite
  • Powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions:

  • Wash cranberries and remove any bad ones.
  • Place cranberries in a bowl and pour in equal parts orange juice and Sprite until fully covered.
  • Refrigerate for 12–24 hours.
  • Strain the berries, then coat them in powdered sugar, shaking until fully covered.
  • Spread on a baking tray and bake at 200°F for 5 minutes.
  • Refrigerate and serve cold — best enjoyed chilled!
