- Cookie Layers:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 2 oz white chocolate, melted
- 5 Oreos, crushed
- Topping:
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- Crushed Oreos
Instructions:
- Make the cookie dough:
Mix butter and powdered sugar. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, salt, and almond flour.
Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and combine. - Layer the dough:
Press half the dough into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan and refrigerate.
Spread the remaining half into another 8×8 square on parchment and freeze. - Make the filling:
Mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar.
Add melted white chocolate and combine.
Fold in crushed Oreos. - Assemble:
Remove the chilled dough from the fridge. Spread the filling over it.
Top with the frozen dough layer. - Bake:
Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 35–40 minutes. - Add topping:
Let completely cool.
Whisk powdered sugar and milk to make icing, spread on top, and finish with crushed Oreos.
